What is grit?

Passion + Perseverance 

grit = stamina  : willingness to stick something for the long run

Talent counts but effort counts twice. 

왜, 우리는 성공한 사람들이 타고난 재능이 있어서 성공했다고 믿는 것인가? 

그래야만, 우리자신과 비교 할 필요가 없기 때문이다. 

만약 성공한 사람들이 노력에 의해 성공한 것이라고 믿는 순간, 자신과 비교하게되고 자아가 무너지기 때문이다. 

결국 성공을 재능 탓으로 돌리는 것은 자기방어기제의 하나다.

4. ADOPT A GROWTH MINDSET   "더이상 배울 수 없다. 나는 단지 나 일뿐이다. 이것이             내가 일을 하는 방식이다" 이런 사고 방식으로는 자아도 사회적 지위도 성장하기

어렵다.  뇌는 말랑말랑하다 내가 의도하는 대로 무엇이든지 만들어 낼 수 있다.
